and Sample Department First and fitting samples are done inside the self contained sample department. The sample team can turn out accurate samples effectively while addressing any problems before the garment goes into production. The grading department is equipped with Gerber technology Accumark systems for fast, accurate and consistent grading and efficient marker yields.
Cutting
DepartmentThe cutting room contains 420 foot long cutting tables equipped with Astex 66” and 36” fusing machines, Eastman and Niebuhr automatic spreading machines.
The
cutting room also has Gerber S7200 high ply cutters, capable to cut up to
50,000 garments monthly. Skillful cutters are specially trained for cutting
plaids, checks and soft dressy fabric, so cutting will not be affected by
any occasional difficult to handle fabric.
Production
Department
All production space are well lit, clean
and modernly equipped with 150 most up-to-date sewing machines such as
Juki DDl-555ON-7 and Brother DD 7100-403 single needle lockstitch machine,
special machines such as Brother BAS-612a welt pocket machine, Durkopp
Adler 6279 jacket sleeve setting machine, AMF Pic-stitch, Maier KL-325
blind stitch, Reece Keyhole machine and Hoffman pressers are used to enhance
the quality of finished products.
Quality
Assurance The head office is fully computerized with production control and tracking systems. Merchandisers are assigned to follow up customer’s order and communication between the clients and the factories. Quality control teams perform both in line and final inspections to ensure quality is always up to the highest standard.
